Spiral rollers
We have been producing PU spiral rollers and coils for several years. The spiral rollers are made using a casting mold, and we offer various options. We can produce complete spiral rollers with an iron core and spiral coils that can be mounted on a square drive.
The individual coils are available as linkable parts or as separate coils with a flat end. Different lengths are also available.
We can produce polyurethane rollers with an iron core tailored to customer specifications. This means we can create rollers with continuous shaft ends or with a sleeve at the end.
The PU material is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality properties. As a result, the material remains flexible and elastic even after years of use. Thanks to its high elasticity, the fins move more efficiently to the side, and the roller will not tear if, for example, a stone gets caught between the PU spiral rollers. .
