- Coat return rollers or rollers with rubber
- Renew track drive or track wheels with groove finishing, such as spiral, linear, chevron, diamond-shaped, etc.
For each type of rubber part, we determine which type of rubber is used. This allows us to consider factors such as food safety requirements and use food-safe nitrile (with a food-grade certificate)

This is because only the rubber or PU coating is replaced, while the core of the roller is retained. How repair works with us
As a customer, you can contact us with any questions regarding repairs for all the products we supply. It is important that the products are delivered clean, with no dirt remaining on them.
For manufacturers of PU spiral rollers and segments, it is preferable to carry out repairs in larger quantities.
Step 1 – Get in touch

We will discuss all your questions and needs. If necessary, we will provide a quote. We will also inform you of the expected repair time.
Step 2 – Deliver the product or we pick it up
After approval (of the quote or proposal), we will either pick up the product or you can deliver it to us. We are happy to arrange this for you, but you are also welcome to handle the delivery yourself.
Step 3 – Time for repair
The repair time depends on the product(s). We will inform you about this, as well as the price, at the start of the process.
Step 4 – We contact you
Once the repair is completed, we know you want to get back to work as soon as possible. That’s why we’ll contact you as soon as the repair is finished.
We will then arrange whether we will deliver it to you or if you prefer to pick it up from us. Whatever works best for you!
Step 5 – You can get back to work!
You’ll receive the products at home or pick them up from us. It’s time to move forward again!
